Trip to St. Louis, Lev leaves the state!

Last week the AxB clan took a trip to St. Louis to introduce that branch of the family to Lev before Mom's maternity leave ran out.  Our flight left at 6:45 am, meaning we had to get the kids out of bed a full 2 hours early.  Despite this, they were in good spirits.

Lev spent his airport time sleeping on Mom.

Sadie hadn't been on an airplane in a year either due to the events of last spring, and so this gave us an opportunity to give her some new gear and make it exciting for her.  We got her a ladybug suitcase of her very own.  She dragged that thing through all of Logan with great gusto!

Mom and Dad both basked in the glow of favorable comments as to her adorable industriousness. 

Once on the plane she settled in and got cozy (and everyone knows that a cozy quiet toddler means happy parents, siblings, and rest of plane).

Everyone in St. Louis was very happy to see us, but more on that later :-)
