Sadie has been really into learning her numbers and letters over the past 2 months. Books about the alphabet and/or ones that count up and down have been a particular obsession of late. At this point I would say she reliably knows about half the alphabet and all the numbers from 0-9. She likes to point at letters and numbers we know when we're walking down the street or waiting for the train.
As a demonstration, here is a video of us reading Hippos Go Berserk - a book about a hippo party that gets out of hand! (Note, she got a bit distracted in the middle, hence the weird cut/jump.)
